Installation Policy

1. Preliminary Assessment:
- Before installation, a preliminary assessment will be conducted to evaluate your specific requirements.

2. Site Visit Charges:
- For on-site inspections, a minimum fee of 500 within Metro CEBU and subsequent charges  will be charged base on location. This fee covers transportation costs and the initial study of the client's premises.

3. Quotation:
- Following the assessment, a detailed quotation will be provided to the you, outlining the scope of work, materials needed, and associated costs.

4. Terms of Payment:
- A 50 % advance payment is required to initiate the installation process. The balance will be due upon completion of the installation.

5. Installation Schedule:
- The installation schedule will be mutually agreed upon between the client and NextGroup Inc . Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

6. Access to Premises:
- The client must ensure that our installation team has full and safe access to the premises during the agreed-upon installation period.

7. Compliance with Regulations:
- All installations will comply with relevant local regulations and standards.

8. Changes to Scope:
- Any changes to the scope of work after the initial assessment may result in additional costs. Such changes must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

9. Completion and Testing:
- Upon completion of the installation, a thorough testing process will be conducted to ensure the proper functioning of the system.

  1. Training and Handover:
    - If applicable, training on the operation and maintenance of the installed system will be provided. A handover document with relevant information will also be provided.
  2.  Warranty:
    - Our installations come with a 1 warranty period for water filtration system. 
     
  3. Post-Installation Support:
    - NextGroup Inc offers post-installation support to address any issues or concerns that may arise after the completion of the installation.

  4. Client Feedback:
    - We encourage clients to provide feedback on our installation process to help us improve our services.
